The Process of Business Advising and Consulting
- Intake and Assessment CEP
Using our Comprehensive Evaluation Process (CEP), we assess your current situation and help you make logical decisions to move forward. We will give honest and clear perspective so you can make smart decisions. So many times individuals, families and organizations are trapped in “tunnel vision” because they are too close their own situation.
We are not “yes” people. We will not agree just because you are the client. We will give honest and fair answers based on our knowledge of your situation. If we don’t know the answer, we will tell you so and then find the solution.
- Developing a plan
Through CEP, we are able to formulate a plan that makes sense for you. We provide a written evaluation and assessment, along with a comprehensive plan of how to get you where you want to be. From this plan you will begin a new phase of development that will take you where you want to go.
- Executing the plan PIM
Once a plan has been developed, execution of this plan will be the key to success. Our PIM (Plan in Motion) process keeps you focused on the tasks at hand.
- Ongoing coaching
Once you are on your way with your new plan, we will be there for coaching and encouragement. A sounding board for ideas and opportunities, your consultants are in it with you for the long haul.
